The black car on the left is giving way to silver cars going straight ahead through the roundabout, that do not have to give way to the white car on the right, which is turning left.

You should drive through the roundabout simultaneously with the oncoming car (it “flanks” you from the car on the right) - the white van on the right has stopped to give it way.
