KERBSIDE STOP
Parking uphill, turn the steering
wheel fully to the right (away from the nearest kerb); parking downhill, turn
the steering wheel fully to the left (towards the nearest kerb).
Thanks
to this precaution, if an unattended car goes downhill for any reason, its
front part will set against the kerb and stop. If you forget to angle front
wheels, you may fail the driving test.
